• Yesterday’s Haphazards

What do we do with our messed up page of yesterday’s haphazards? BALL IT UP AND CRUMBLE THAT ONE. THROW IT AWAY. TOSS IT TO THE TRASH CAN. RE-WRITE IT AS A TURNAROUND STORY. People want to know how to create change. The answer isn’t in self-inflation or self-disgust but in self-respect through Godly reverence. Dying to self and then living for Him or living for Him and continuing to die to self. We empty our own self to let another be full of Him. We say the hard things without hesitation or fear of rejection because we know it will bring response that indicates whether the person will move outside of themselves to…

  • Energizing the Ordinary

LEARN TO ENERGIZE THE ORDINARY by being creatively noncompliant with ego. We let go of our ego to see the worth and importance of other people and what they have to offer. That means we resist going along with the crowd or what is popular. The ulterior? Yes it creeps in sometimes. Ulterior is “existing beyond what is obvious or admitted; intentionally hidden.” Ulterior motives can often: 1. Translate messages. 2. Take things out of context. 3. Miss the point. 4. Deflate energy. Self-importance translates selfish. This is where no one else leaves feeling significant. But when we know our value, we can circulate value: God-importance translates significance. This is where someone else is…

  • “Full Of It”

We tend to tell people they are “full of it” when we perceive a know it all. I think we’ve all been full of it a time or two. From Google: Someone who essentially sounds like or plays the expert, without the expertise. A person who reasons with clever but false arguments. Exaggeration tends to come from us when we are looking for importance, wanting to prove a point, desperate to mask a problem, attempting to move passed pain, needing attention and connection, or just having fun with friends. Reactions from others drive us to overly expel blasts of information. Our rebel side wants to run with words, expand truth,…

  • Omniscient One

Psalm 147:5 says “Great is our Lord, mighty and abundant in power; His understanding is infinite.” His understanding has no limit! It’s beyond measure. He’s the Knower of All. Scripture explains that He knows things of the past, present, and future. God knows what is happening today in our world and around the globe. He knows what people think and what they’re planning to do. He is not ignorant of how we live our lives. He’s full of answers. HE HAS SPOKEN IT + HE HAS WRITTEN IT + HE HAS DONE IT= HE IS OUR ANSWER. (Google Notes: “There is great security for the believer in the omniscience of…

  • King of Wisdom…

“To the only wise God, through Jesus Christ, be the glory forever. Amen.” Romans 16:27 God “established the world by His wisdom” Jer. 10:12, “made the heavens with skill, for His lovingkindness is everlasting” Psalm 136:5. Since He did all that, He can set up what we need when we need it. He is the Spirit of counsel and strength. Out of depths of hurt, He can bring forth answers. When done wrong by people who were suppose to do right, we could forget that the plan is for us to be “free” from that bondage- Not to be trapped in it forever and ever…never to be our true and…
