• Experiencing God The Satisfier (Part Two)

Psalm 34: 8 says to “Taste and see that the Lord is good.” It just means to experience God, that He is in fact good.  God is saying: “I’m a Satisfier. Experience Me.” We want people to experience a spiritual meal and think: This is what I always needed. This was what was missing in my life…to have the spiritual meals that will nourish my inner most being. He’s Satisfier. A Prayer of Unity: (The church is a crockpot.) Show us what we can take out of storage, something out of the pantry, something we’ve been storing away, and put it on the counter. Something that’s in the fridge that we can pull out…

  • Experiencing God The Satisfier (Part One)

Does someone you know (Example: your kids) go and stand at the pantry and say: “There is nothing to eat”?! Do they stand in front of the fridge with the door wide open and say: “There isn’t anything here for me“?! Have you known anyone that says those same things when they come stand in church? It’s just hard for them to see what’s there- what could be good for them? They wonder what is in store and where the hidden things of God are located. I press you to be your best.” Hence Heb. 12:10. “I don’t press you like the enemy does, where he traps and kills. I press you to be your best. I know what’s in you, I know what you can do, and what you are capable of. In the crushing, I’m making new wine. Be resilient. You’ll see everything coming your way during this time- every obstacle coming at you. In this trial. But you will stand blessed beyond any curse.…

  • Sidestepping

They act like they’re letting you run the race but they are really blocking your path. When we walk with Jesus, sometimes we wake up bad spirits that try to side-step us and get us derailed from the ordered steps of God. Stay aware of that. And intercede. We need to do our best not to allow bad spirits to agitate us into speaking down about other leaders, ministries, and programs. Let’s spread the good things they are doing and accomplishing. My husband says there is no church or ministry that has 100% success rate. Why bring out the failure, perceived misses, or “missteps?” I know no one who’s never…
